All UAE orders are handled by our delivery partner, Quiqup.
- Dubai – 4-Hour Express: Available in selected areas only, subject to courier coverage and availability. Orders placed before 2:00 PM may qualify for same-day collection and express delivery.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in eligible areas of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman, subject to applicable cut-off times.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available across eligible areas of all seven Emirates.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and operational conditions.
Free shipping on UAE orders above AED 500.
2-Lebanon Shipping & Delivery
Orders within Lebanon are fulfilled and delivered through The Net Global.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are generally prepared for dispatch the following business morning, subject to order processing and stock availability.

3-International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations through Quiqup, including eligible locations across the GCC, Europe, the UK, the USA, and other supported regions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance and local regulations.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in standard shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
